What to Expect

Step One

Booking and Consultation

After contacting us and scheduling an assessment, one of our team members may call you after reviewing your request and discuss things prior to arriving on site.

Step Two

Quote & Card Authorization

Once we have assessed the property and discussed specific needs, you will receive a quote via email and text outlining the price for requested services. If everything looks in order, E-Sign the document to agree to the terms.
After signing, you will receive an invoice for a Card Authorization, after a card is put on file, we will schedule your first service!

Step Three

Pre-Cleaning Preparation

Prior to arrival, we ask that items be placed out of the way for our cleaners to move as quickly and efficiently as possible. (Clear countertops, Tables, Children's Toys, Etc.)

Step Four

Arrival and Walkthrough

Upon arrival, our team will load in all supplies, then do a quick walkthrough of the property to create an action plan to maximize efficiency and quality. If there is anything that may impact the original amount of agreed work and price, a new price will discussed prior to the start of service. Transparency is a core value of Cape May Cleaners, and we want to guarantee our client's satisfaction.

Step Five

The Cleaning Begins!

Our team gets to work making your space spotless! If any concerns or questions arise, we will shoot you a text from our business line unless call is preferred. We will also take photos if we find anything that we feel should be brought to your attention.

Step Six

Final Walkthrough and Feedback

Once the cleaning is completed, our Team leader will do a final walkthrough of the property to make sure nothing was missed and up to Cape May Cleaners high standards. When finished, you will receive notification of completion and the card on file will be charged.
